Are you passionate about social media and looking to make an impact? We're looking for a Social Media Manager to grow and manage GlobeWest’s brand presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You will love creating compelling content, thrive on social media and its possibilities, and have an eye for photography and video that sets you apart.

The Role

In this dynamic role and reporting to the Campaign Manager you will create, curate, and manage content, engage with our community, and optimise strategies to align with broader marketing goals. You'll also work closely with our campaigns team, influencers, and partners to elevate GlobeWest’s online presence. Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals

- Create and manage engaging content across various social platforms
- Engage with followers, manage brand reputation, and boost community interaction




- Track performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver insightful reports
- Support marketing campaigns, content creation, and videography efforts

About You

- Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Business or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Highly skilled in social media use in business contexts
- Command of general marketing principles
- Digitally savvy
- Copywriting experience, especially for digital valued, ability to translate messages into brand voice
- CMS and basic coding experience preferable Shopify & Magento
- Robust attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office
