About the Role

We're urgently seeking several experienced Warehouse Operators with current forklift licence (high reach preferred) to join our team in Carole Park. These hands‑on roles are critical to the smooth operation of our warehouses, ensuring that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate reach forklifts to move, load, and unload freight

- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders

- Receive and process inbound shipments

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse workplace

- Assist with stock control and inventory management

- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience





- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment

- Valid LF or LO forklift licence with reach forklift experience essential

- Experience with loading linehauls highly regarded

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg

- Safety-conscious, proactive, and reliable attitude

- Australian work rights required
