St John of God Midland Public Hospital is seeking a Social Worker Grade 1 to join a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will deliver evidence-based social work services that support patients and their families through complex health journeys.
The role includes 1 permanent full time and 2 part-time positions, 19–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with casual options available. A social work degree and AASW eligibility are required.
