Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established law firm with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional client service. This is a fantastic prospect for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about property law and looking to further develop their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist solicitors with residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents, and other relevant legal paperwork
- Conduct property searches, draft correspondence, and liaise with clients, agents, and third parties
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Provide high-quality client care and manage communications promptly and professionally

Requirements

- Previous experience in conveyancing (minimum 1–2 years in a similar role preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment




- Strong communication and client service skills
- Proficiency in using conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
