Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Consultants
Locations: Sydney

Key Responsibilities

- Overall 8-10 years ofhands-on expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with deep functional knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Management (AM), Pay Cycle, and Positive Pay functionality.

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Core General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Asset processes, including end-to-end transaction processing and financial operations.

- Configure and optimise PeopleSoft FSCM solutions by translating business requirements into delivered functionality and identifying enhancement opportunities where required.

- Partner with business users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements and develop detailed functional specifications.

- Support and configure financial processing activities including journal entries, month-end and year-end close, accruals, adjustments, and financial balancing activities.

- Develop and support standard financial reporting, including Profit & Loss (P&L;), Balance Sheet,



Trial Balance, and custom reporting solutions to meet business needs.

- Experience with automated allocation functionality, chart of accounts management, and financial data controls within PeopleSoft FSCM.

- Perform and support balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and GST tax reconciliationsto ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify process inefficiencies, recommend system improvements, and provide functional solutions aligned with industry best practices.

- Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills to resolve complex functional issues and support business operations.

- Participate in the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post-production support, while successfully operating in a fast-paced and high-demand client setting.
