The Margaret Family is seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join the front of house and bar team at Gran Torino, our vibrant contemporary Italian restaurant in the heart of Double Bay.

Inspired by the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality, Gran Torino celebrates exceptional Australian produce through a menu of house made pasta, premium seafood, quality meats and an extensive wine program. We're looking for Waiters and Bartenders of all levels who:

Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role in quality restaurants

Love creating memorable guest experiences

Communicate confidently and naturally with guests

Bring solid food and wine knowledge

Thrive in fast paced, team oriented environments

You will also:

Be well presented, professional, and customer focused with strong attention to detail

Contribute to a positive, team oriented environment

Remain calm, organised and efficient under pressure

Be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
