Perigon Group is a specialist recruitment firm with an established national reputation across Finance, Accounting, Corporate Services and Executive Search. With a strong foundation in Sydney and Brisbane, we're entering an exciting growth phase in Melbourne — and we're looking for a Recruitment Manager to help lead that expansion.
This is a rare chance to step into a senior role with real influence: leading a team, shaping our Melbourne market strategy, and building something with lasting impact — backed by the resources of an ASX-listed group (PeopleIN, ASX: PPE) and the agility of a boutique firm.

What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end 360° recruitment across Finance, Accounting and Corporate Services
- Lead business development — identifying, winning and growing key client relationships
- Conduct client meetings, negotiate terms and manage commercial discussions
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team performance and culture
- Build and present high-quality shortlists with market insights and recommendations
- Partner across divisions to maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Contribute to thought leadership, networking events and Perigon’s market presence
- Share market intelligence, salary data and insights internally and with clients





About you

- Proven 360° recruitment experience in a professional services or commercial environment
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Services or similar
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills — commercially astute and influential
- Experience mentoring others or appetite to step into that role
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset — thrives in a high-performing, team-oriented culture
