Role Purpose

We have a fantastic opportunity at Amused Group to join our Wagering Operations team as a Wagering Services Officer. We are looking for personable, talented, and driven people to join the team. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail and a willingness to go above and beyond. They will be self‑motivated, ambitious and thrive in a team workplace. Our ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service, understand racing and sport and be excited at the prospect of working in an atmosphere that values people, culture, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Accountabilities

- Respond to live chats, emails and phone calls
- Assist customers over the phone and via other communication channels
- Collaborate with traders and operational teams as part of a team structure
- Monitor front‑end website performance and functionality
- Track and analyse competitor market offerings
- Perform other operational tasks as required

Knowledge and Skills

- Ideally experience in a customer service role and/or sales in a telephone environment
- Previous experience at another bookmaker is not mandatory; basic knowledge of wagering and the wider industry is beneficial
- Technologically savvy
