Your Day Will Involve
- Advising clients on complex commercial disputes and arbitration matters
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, and legal documentation for court and arbitral proceedings
- Leading matters in collaboration with partners, including case strategy, negotiations, and dispute resolution
- Conducting legal research and preparing detailed advice on contractual, corporate, and regulatory issues
- Participating in client meetings, hearings, mediations, and arbitration proceedings
- Managing matters independently while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to team workflow
