apaiser makes some of the most beautiful bathware in the world. We design and manufacture every piece from apaiserMarble®, our own sustainable stone, made to order, for the private clients, architects and interior designers who accept nothing less. Our work sits in landmark residences and celebrated hotels across the globe.

We are expanding in Melbourne and we want you to be our face to the city’s architects and designers. This is not a role for order-takers or beginners. It is for a proven operator who already owns the relationships that matter. You bring the network. We bring a product worth introducing to it, and the platform to build something significant.

THE ROLE

Your week runs between our Richmond showroom and the studios of Melbourne’s best architects and designers. Your brief is simple to say and exciting to deliver: turn relationships into specifications, and specifications into sales, on high-end residential and boutique multi-residential projects. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will make apaiserMarble® the name every designer reaches for, from first sketch to final specification.

WHAT YOU’LL D O

- Own Melbourne’s A&D; community. Deepen the relationships you already have and win the ones you do not, across architects, interior designers, developers and builders.
- Win the specification. Get inside each client’s design intent, budget and timeline, then steer them to the apaiser piece that makes their project sing.
- Grow the sales value by offering the full apaiser solution set , baths, basins, vanity units, showerbases and more !
- Turn every showroom visitor, phone call and web enquiry into a live opportunity, and every opportunity into a sale.
- Command the room. Present with confidence and flair, one on one and to a full studio, in the showroom and on site.
- Run the whole sale, from first conversation to quotation to delivery.
- Keep a sharp,



well-managed pipeline and A&D; database in our CRM, with forecasts and reporting you can stand behind.
- Be seen. Represent apaiser at the industry and networking events where the real relationships get made.
- Hold the Richmond showroom to the standard our product and our clients demand.

WHAT YOU MUST BRING

Two things are non-negotiable for this role:

Five years, minimum, in luxury sales within the A&D; community. This is a senior seat, not a starting one.

A live, personal network of Melbourne’s architects and interior designers. We are hiring your relationships as much as your CV, and we expect you to use them from week one.

Beyond those:

- A real passion for design, architecture and the world of luxury interiors.
- A proven habit of growing a network and beating targets, not simply meeting them.
- Presence and polish. You are confident, articulate, well presented and completely at home in front of a room.
- Robust written and verbal communication, and the administrative discipline to stay sharp under pressure.
- Composure when it counts, and a natural, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- A stable career history in comparable industries.
- Full rights to work in Australia, a current driver’s licence.
- Availability for occasional Saturday trade, 10am to 3pm.
