We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead this large high-quality early childhood service located in Sydney's South West.

The Centre

About the Role

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a large service
- Support, mentor, and inspire a close-knit team of educators
- Build warm, professional relationships with families
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
- Work in partnership with supportive, engaged owners

About You

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Prior experience as a Director of a large centre
- Excellent communication and organisational skills




- A genuine passion for high-quality early childhood education
- Ability to lead with warmth, professionalism, and positivity
