About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Product Manager, the Digital Content Producer is responsible for planning, creating, managing and delivering engaging digital content across Basketball Victoria’s websites, digital channels, video, photography, podcasts and livestreams. The role plays a key part in bringing the stories of Victoria’s basketball community to life while supporting the organisation’s digital strategy and audience growth.

No two days are the same. One day you might be courtside capturing highlights from a championship event, the next editing video content, updating website experiences and improving user journeys across platforms, producing an EDM workflow, analysing performance insights or exploring new AI-powered tools to enhance content and engagement. Working across multiple programs, leagues, events and campaigns, you'll help connect and inspire basketball communities across Victoria.

Are you a creative storyteller who thrives on turning ideas into engaging digital content? You’re equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, managing a website, or collaborating with stakeholders to bring digital experiences and campaigns to life. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,

balancing multiple projects while delivering high-quality content that connects with audiences and supports organisational goals.

You’ll bring experience and enthusiasm in:

- Producing and delivering high-quality digital content across web, video, photography, podcasts, social media and livestreams.

- Working with digital platforms, automation tools and emerging AI technologies to enhance content delivery, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Supporting EDM campaigns, audience engagement and content performance reporting to continuously improve results.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated content and digital experiences across Basketball Victoria's programs, competitions and events.

You’re proactive, creative and solutions-focused, with a passion for digital storytelling and a desire to help grow and connect Victoria’s basketball community.
