Key Responsibilities
- Compile documentation required for work sub-contractor and materials suppliers tendering including scope of works, drawings, specification etc.
- Complete calling of tenders/process, review and present recommendation report to Project Manager for all final decisions.
- Attend and record minutes of Tender Review Meetings, Cost Review Meetings etc.
- Compile contract documentation for sub-contractors and materials suppliers.
- Monitor all suppliers and sub- contractors invoices/progress claims to ensure they are correct prior to sign off for payment by Project Manager.
- Procure all materials and equipment for use on site within agreed preferred supplier contracts and budget constraints. Raise purchase orders as required.
- Monitor and evaluate all sub contactor variation requests prior to final approval by Project Manager.
- Compile monthly progress and cost reports throughout the project to final completion.
- Ensure cost allocations are coded and costed correctly
To be considered for this role
- Have at least 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator within a Commercial Construction company.
- Outcome / Results orientated.
- Positive communication skills – written and oral.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior Trade experience will be highly regarded
