REPORTING TO :

The Assistant Service Manager

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To report directly to the Assistant Service Manager or to a higher authority.
- To be proficient in learning all technical skills.
- To be an active and contributing member to our Service division.
- To ensure the team follows best practices in ensuring top quality delivery.
- To be responsible for job scheduling and customer liaison personnel.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

- To develop the necessary skills and become an Assistant Service Manager in 1 year.
