YOUR NEW ROLE

As one of the firm's KEY senior lawyers reporting to a top calibre Accredited Specialist Partner, you will relish the challenge+autonomy+ satisfaction of obtaining justice for your clients in respect of their common law personal injury law claims.

CHOOSE your role (subject to your experience): 1) 100% public liability OR 2) 100% medical negligence OR 3) 100% institutional abuse OR 4) MIXED.

You will have full-spectrum carriage of your own files-obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research,



providing technical legal advice, liaising with third parties, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE

- are an admitted solicitor in VICTORIA+ have minimum 3+ YEARS experience (OR MORE) in plaintiff personal injury law including in medical negligence OR public liability OR Abuse Or all ;
- have strong legal technical knowledge +drafting & advocacy skills, are client-centric andresults- driven;

- have proven ability to work well in a vibrant, fast-paced environment;
