About the Role - Centre Director

As our Centre Director, you will:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate team of educators
- Manage enrolments, compliance, and smooth daily operations
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure quality outcomes for all children




- Build strong family and community partnerships that reflect our values
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging centre culture
- Ensure all practices align with the NQF, EYLF, and Child Safe Standards

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 2+ years leadership or senior educator experience in Early Childhood Education
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead teams with empathy, vision, and professionalism
- Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
- Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
- Full Australian working rights
