YOURWAY DESIGN is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator specialising in Kitchen Manufacturing to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Revesby, NSW. In this role, you will operate and maintain computerised numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality kitchen components and cabinetry. You will play a crucial part in our manufacturing operations, ensuring precision, efficiency, and consistency in all products that leave our facility. This position is integral to meeting our production targets and maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect.

What you’ll be doing

- Operating CNC machines to cut, shape, and finish kitchen cabinetry components with precision and accuracy
- Loading and unloading materials onto CNC machinery, ensuring proper alignment and setup
- Setting up CNC programmes using CAD/CAM software and adjusting parameters to meet design specifications
- Monitoring machine operations to identify and address any issues promptly
- Conducting routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspecting finished products for quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish against specifications
- Documenting production data and maintaining accurate records of completed work
- Collaborating with the production team to optimise workflow and meet tight deadlines
- Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing minor repairs as needed
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and workplace procedures

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience operating CNC machinery in a kitchen manufacturing or cabinetry environment
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and experience setting up CNC programmes




- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work consistently
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production deadlines whilst maintaining quality standards
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to workplace health and safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Physical capability to perform the demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in CNC machining or carpentry are advantageous
