Your New Role

As Platform Lead – Workday, you’ll oversee the configuration, administration, and operations of our Workday platform across HR, Payroll, and Finance. You’ll partner with vendors, manage tenant environments, and ensure security, stability, and scalability. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate & Productivity Platforms, you’ll work closely with Technology Platform Leads, Product Owners, Information Security, business stakeholders, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead administration and operational management of Workday across HR, Payroll, and Finance modules
- Oversee system configuration, security setup, and user access management
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Manage Workday releases, feature updates, and system enhancements
- Ensure platform performance, data integrity, and compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications

- Extensive experience in Workday system administration or platform management
- Proven leadership in large‑scale ERP environments
- Strong understanding of Workday modules (HR, Payroll, Finance)
- Expertise in Workday security, user roles, and access controls
- Familiarity with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio)




- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing Workday releases and working with implementation partners
