About the Position: The eCommerce Advertising Specialist plays a central role in driving online growth for The Coffee Galleria Pty Ltd’s brands. This position is responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across digital channels to increase brand visibility, attract qualified traffic and convert visitors into customers on the company’s eCommerce platforms. The role is critical to expanding the company’s online presence and supporting sustainable sales growth in a competitive specialty coffee market.

Key Responsibilities





- Plan, develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant digital channels
- Optimise campaigns for performance, including keyword research, audience targeting, bid management, A/B testing and budget allocation
- Create and refine ad copy, creatives and landing page messaging aligned with brand positioning for Adore Coffee and Killer Coffee Co.
- Monitor, analyse and report on campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, traffic quality) and recommend data-driven improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams on product promotions, seasonal campaigns and eCommerce content strategies
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, platform updates and eCommerce best practices relevant to the food and beverage sector
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver measurable commercial results

Requirements

- Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Advertising, Marketing, Management, Digital Media or a related discipline
- At least three years’ experience in advertising, digital advertising, eCommerce advertising or a related field
- Solid technical skills in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager), campaign analytics and conversion tracking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
