The Doctors Whangaparaoa is seeking a Patient Experience Team Leader to support our reception team in delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead and mentor front-desk staff, ensuring a friendly, productive patient journey across every touchpoint.

This permanent part-time role works 30 hours per week across four days, with collaboration from the management team and opportunities to contribute to service improvements and staff development at the clinic.
