The Role:

As a Delivery Services Officer (Van Driver) at DHL, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and the safe, timely delivery of goods across the Sydney metropolitan area. You’ll be part of a well-established business known for its reliability and commitment to excellence.

We’re looking for someone with prior experience in multi-drop delivery operations,



who holds the appropriate vehicle licences and takes pride in providing a great customer experience.

What you’ll do:

- Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently
- Load and unload vehicles in line with DHL’s safety standards
- Plan daily delivery routes for optimal efficiency
- Provide professional, friendly customer service and respond to enquiries
- Ensure secure delivery of items within designated timeframes
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the Sydney Metro area
- Follow strict procedures for vehicle locking, inspection, and security compliance
- Accurately record all deliveries and documentation using DHL systems

What you’ll bring:

- A current Full driver’s licence (C Class)
- Ability to operate a manual vehicle
- Ability to provide a recent Driving Record upon request
- Demonstrated experience in route planning and time management
- Strong face-to-face customer service and communication skills
- Accuracy in record-keeping and confidence using handheld technology
- A positive, proactive “Can Do” attitude with a focus on teamwork and safety
- Willingness to undergo a Security Clearance as part of the recruitment process
