Arc’teryx is seeking a Store Leader for our Alpha QVB store in Sydney. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, coach team members, and lead floor operations across a 30–40 hour weekly schedule on a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
You’ll champion brand standards, manage stock, assist with events, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures while delivering on sales targets and budget goals. Uniforms are provided and a solid discount program supports staff across brands.
