A national construction group is creating a new role for someone who can turn AI capability into business results. You will work across multiple operating businesses identifying friction points and building practical solutions using enterprise AI tools. This is not a research role or a strategy role. You will be measured on documented value delivered and user adoption rates.

You will spend most of your time embedded in operating businesses understanding how work gets done, where time is wasted, where costs blow out and where revenue opportunities are missed. You will then build solutions using the group's sanctioned technology stack and ensure those solutions actually get used.

- Deliver minimum $500,000 documented value in year one through AI solutions that save time, avoid cost, or enable revenue
- Embed minimum 3 days per week in operating businesses to identify problems and build solutions
- Build practical AI solutions using the sanctioned stack: Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, Anthropic Claude Enterprise
- Establish and run an AI champions network across operating businesses
- Achieve 70% active user adoption, measured at 90 days post go-live, for every solution




- Maintain an intake and prioritisation process, with all requests triaged within 5 business days
- Run a minimum of 4 hands‑on training or coaching sessions per month with business teams
- Deliver every solution with documentation, a named business owner, and a support path

Requirements

- Proven track record building AI solutions that people actually use in business operations
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, or similar enterprise AI tools
- Ability to work embedded in operational businesses, not from an ivory tower
- Track record of measuring and documenting business value from technology solutions
- Experience training and coaching non‑technical business users
- Comfortable working across construction, engineering, or similar project‑based industries
- Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and say no to low‑value requests
