Personal Assistant to Two ENT Surgeons - Part Time 3 days

You'll be the link between patients, hospitals, anaesthetists and the doctors, and the person everyone relies on to have the paperwork and communication sorted before any surgery. Running the administrative side of the practice three days a week, no weekends, with work-from-home flexibility on non-clinic days.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate surgical bookings and theatre lists across multiple hospitals
- Prepare surgical estimates and chase consent forms and paperwork through to completion
- Liaise with patients, carers, anaesthetists and hospital booking teams
- Manage pre-admission testing and post-operative follow-up calls
- Run the doctors' diaries, telehealth appointments and patient correspondence
- Handle test results,

About you

- Experience as a Medical PA, Medical Secretary or Practice Coordinator — specialist or surgical practice ideal
- Genuine attention to detail and the discipline to follow things through
- Confidence on the phone with patients, surgeons and hospital staff alike
- The ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping any
- Solid skills in medical practice software and Microsoft Office
- Work from home on non-clinic days
- Real autonomy and ownership of your role
