?Essential: Proven and recent Business Analyst experience in higher education or education-aligned government, with a strong understanding of university operating models, governance, and stakeholder complexity.
We’re working with a large, complex education organisation delivering enterprise-level programs of work and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join on a contract.
? The role
- Lead end-to-end business & process analysis
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops across complex environments
- Translate requirements into transparent, high-quality documentation
- Recommend practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
- Work within agile and hybrid delivery teams
✅ About you
- Senior BA experience in large,
structured organisations
- Strong business requirements & process mapping skills
- Comfortable engaging senior and diverse stakeholders
- Background in regulated environments (education, gov, etc.) highly regarded
- Full-time (5 days/week)
- Contract initially until May 2026
