Working as part of a collaborative Property Management team, you’ll provide support across the business, step in when Property Managers are on leave, assist with leasing and compliance, and become a key point of support for the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide relief coverage for Property Managers during annual and sick leave
- Manage portfolios of approximately 160 properties when providing leave coverage
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Property Management team




- Troubleshoot issues and assist Property Managers with complex matters
- Provide leasing support when required
- Provide Reception / Front of House coverage when required
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Support the GM with KPI reporting and compliance management
- Assist with QCAT matters and tenancy-related issuesProvide general day-to-day support across the office

About You We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who is confident, adaptable and enjoys being a team player.

You will ideally have:

- Strong residential Property Management experience
- QCAT experience – essential
- Strong understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Valuable working knowledge of PropertyMe
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Confident negotiation skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
- A great sense of humour and positive attitude

Why This Role? This is not your traditional Property Manager position.
