As part of the B2C team and working under the Sales Manager, you'd represent our vendors throughout the off-the-plan sales process, sourcing prospective buyers and building strong relationships to convert enquiries into sales.
Key responsibilities
Manage client relationships from initial enquiry through to settlement
Conduct property inspections and client consultations
Negotiate offers and close sales with confidence
Build and maintain a solid network of buyers
About you
Proven experience in off the plan Residential sales (Townhouse experience preferred)
Real estate / property retail background essential
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A customer-first mindset with a passion for property
Availability to work full-time, including Saturdays
A valid driver's licence and reliable transport
Current Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
