Anglicare Victoria is seeking a Kinship Case Manager to provide case management for children and young people in kinship care in the Inner West. The role focuses on longer-term support to enhance development and family functioning while ensuring stability and safety for all family members.

Experience in child, youth and family welfare is highly valued, with preference for Out of Home Care exposure. You will work to support carers, with knowledge of the CYF Act 2005 in practice.
