Part Time and Full Time Cleaner - Brisbane

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients, their staff, and visitors. Our cleaners ensure each site meets presentation and hygiene standards that reflect our clients’ brand image.

We have multiple Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available across various sites in Brisbane, including day and evening shifts, Monday to Friday.

Due to the site requirements, a current Police Check is a non-negotiable requirement. Applicants without a current Police Clearance will not be considered.

Duties include:

- Cleaning and maintaining commercial facilities such as offices, meeting rooms, lobbies, toilets, kitchens, and common areas
- Performing routine cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal




- Daily dishwashing and kitchen maintenance within tenancies
- Cleaning glass, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a polished presentation
- Replenishing consumables and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked
- Reporting maintenance or safety issues promptly to supervisors or site managers
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly
- Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.

To be considered for this role, applicants MUST have:

- Robust time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent presentation
- Reliable, flexible and adaptable approach
- Good command of the English language
- A Police Clearance Certificate, Tax File Number, and Superannuation details
- Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Experience operating commercial cleaning machinery such as walk-behind scrubbers, ride-on scrubbers, Poly Vacs and buffers will be highly regarded.
