Based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane, you will report to the Sales Director and shape a high-performing sales culture.
You will partner with Key Account Managers, Marketing and Supply Chain, coach 5+ direct reports, use data to steer strategy, and simplify complexity with an 80/20 approach.
