The Rosalind Franklin Institute is seeking a Research Associate to join the VirtuAI Cell project, developing persistent homology methods to classify cellular structures from 2‑D microscopy and 3‑D tomography data.

You will help build a virtual mapping of intracellular contents and explore how topology-informed representations can guide in-silico simulations, in a highly team-oriented, challenge-driven environment.
