Onsite Building Manager | Luxury Residential Communities
The Opportunity
An exciting prospect has become available for an Onsite Building Manager to oversee two luxury residential communities in Mooloolaba.
This role offers a manageable day-to-day workload, established contractor relationships, and the opportunity to join a rapidly growing property group with an expanding presence across the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Brisbane.

You will be supported by

The Role
- Manage the day-to-day operations of two residential buildings
- Conduct regular building inspections and identify maintenance requirements
- Coordinate contractors and oversee repairs and maintenance
- Liaise with residents, contractors and service providers
- Prepare reports and communicate with the Body Corporate
- Oversee common areas, facilities and shared amenities
- Ensure both buildings are maintained to a consistently high standard
About You
- Previous experience in Building Management or Property Management is highly regarded
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities
- No specific certifications are required
