As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide expert leadership and project management consulting services across a diverse portfolio of capital works programs. You will oversee all phases of project delivery, from pre‑design to post‑construction, ensuring quality, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role also involves mentoring project teams, coordinating contractors and consultants, and driving compliance and reporting across regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the delivery of capital works projects across multiple programs
- Oversee all aspects of project implementation including design, documentation, and contract administration
- Manage and mentor project staff to ensure high performance and quality assurance
- Monitor project performance, control variances, and support financial reporting and billing processes




- Engage with stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money outcomes
- Provide contract coordination and act as Superintendent or Principal's Representative as required

About You

If you have a strong background in client‑side project management within the building construction/upgrades space, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

- Proven experience in client-side building and construction project management (essential)
- Experience in Correctional or Defence projects (highly regarded)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications (e.g. Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying) are desirable
- Solid leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across SEQ
- Queensland Class C Open Driver's Licence (mandatory)
