What you will be doing
You will gain experience across a variety of projects, including:
- General carpentry and construction tasks
- Landscaping and outdoor maintenance
- Painting and tiling
- Material removal and site clean up
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic hands on construction work
- No previous experience required, just a willingness to learn.

Eligibility requirements Applicants must:
- Live in Queensland
- Have valid Australian work rights
- Not currently be in full time secure employment
- Not be studying full time at school, TAFE, or university
- Not have previously completed a Certificate I in Construction
- Meet other eligibility requirements under the Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative.
