The Opportunity

The Video and Content Strategist will be responsible for managing social media for clients, from strategic messaging and content creation.



You will develop and execute video and content strategies that support our clients' marketing goals and ensure the correct tone of voice and brand design is consistent. Day-to-day tasks include writing strategies, planning content calendars, storyboarding video content, content shoot days and managing social platforms. Collaboration with account managers, designers, content producers and team members is essential to deliver cohesive campaigns that drive measurable results.

You’ll be

- Crafting scroll-stopping content
- Managing social accounts like they're your own brand
- Shooting photography and video that makes clients say "WOW"

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Marketing or Communications Degree and/or equivalent work experience as a Social Media Executive
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Current Driver's Licence

Experience

- Fluency in social media trends, rules and communication techniques
- Highly efficient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative concept development with an eye for design
- Proficient use of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing and Photoshop for image editing
- DSLR operation, including lighting and audio setup
- Canva, Dropbox, Illustrator and InDesign knowledge highly regarded
- Solid desire to continue learning and stay up to date with trends and social platforms
