Band 3A - $46.71 per hour

We are currently seeking Casual Front of House Officers to join our team in the Neighbourhood House Unit.

The Role

As part of the Neighbourhood House team, you'll be providing customer & administrative support services. This involves assisting customers in person, over the phone or via email including responding and resolving customer queries and concerns and assisting in the delivery of programs. The position is required to work across all Neighbourhood Houses and programming sites Some evening and weekend work may be required.

About You





You are an organised person who can provide administrative support to the team. You have great customer service skills and are community orientated. You like to have some community facing contact and enjoy interacting with community members who utilise the services of neighbourhood houses.
