You will oversee the Clinical Governance Framework, policy portfolio, and Nursing Development Strategy, working with senior leaders to improve outcomes for residents and clients across complex aged care and community services.

You will lead a small executive team, partner with regulators and qualified bodies, and align governance with enterprise strategy
