TheTheirCare is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead and develop services across the Wodonga region. You will drive robust embedded practice, oversee rostering, finances and community engagement, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across multiple centres.
You will mentor teams to deliver improved child outcomes, coach staff, and implement region-wide programs. A diploma (ACECQA approved) and current first aid are essential, with willingness to travel between centres.
