On A Mission Services is expanding our team and seeking reliable, detail-driven Casual Cleaning Technicians to join our growing cleaning division. We specialise in end‑of‑lease cleans, deceased estates, and occasional hoarding or squalor property restoration, delivering high-quality results with professionalism and care. About the Role
This is a casual position with flexible hours based on workload and client bookings. There is potential for part time opportunities if consistent work becomes available.
You will work across a variety of residential and commercial environments, performing deep cleaning tasks and supporting sensitive property restoration jobs. Some days you will meet at our Carrum Downs factory and travel with the team; other days you will meet directly onsite, depending on job location and requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- End‑of‑lease cleaning
- Deceased estate cleaning
- Hoarding or squalor cleans (occasionally)
- Deep cleaning, sanitising, and property preparation
- Following safety procedures and job instructions
- Working independently or as part of a team
- Maintaining professionalism in sensitive environments
What We’re Looking
- Previous cleaning experience is essential
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in work quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in physically demanding or sensitive environments
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Requirements: Current driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle (you may be required to drive your own car to job sites)
- Ability to meet at Carrum Downs or onsite depending on the job
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform manual handling tasks
- Respect for client privacy and confidentiality
