Social Media Specialist | $85k–$95k + super | Sydney CBD (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Step into a growing digital team and help bring structure, creativity and strategy to a refreshed, centralised social function.

About the Role

This is a newly created role for a Social Media Specialist ready to roll up their sleeves. Social has just been centralised, and you'll work closely with the Social Lead to clean things up, build out a content calendar, and improve performance across multiple channels - with LinkedIn as a key focus.

You’ll partner with internal teams across GTM, creative and content to plan, schedule and track posts, while also helping lift engagement and introduce structure across the board.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn and other core platforms
- Work with in-house creatives and writers to brief and deliver campaigns
- Support post clean-up, audience engagement and content tracking
- Help shape a smarter posting rhythm with clearer pillars and purpose

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ experience in social media role, with a focus on LinkedIn
- Comfortable with content scheduling, planning and reporting
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Confident working with different stakeholders across a large org
