Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for labels and packaging printing equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for customers in the labels and packaging industry.
- Support customers with technical inquiries, offering expert advice on equipment operations, system integration, and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for complex client needs and technical challenges.
- Manage service schedules, ensure timely completion of service requests,



and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Conduct training for clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate service records, including reports on service activities, parts used, and recommendations for future upgrades.

Requirements:

- Experiencein the labels and packaging printing industry (flexographic, digital, offset printing, finishing, etc.) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of printing machinery, control systems, and software used in the packaging and labelling sector.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your service schedule effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Degree or qualificationin Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is desirable.
