CSL Seqirus is hiring for an Mechanical Technician/Fitter at our current state of the art site in Tullamarine, Melbourne. This world class 28,400 square metre facility includes clean-rooms, office and manufacturing space to support the production of influenza vaccines and critical antivenoms for Australia and other markets.
Responsibilities

- Under general supervision, provides technical support for validation and maintenance of production equipment, utilities and systems
- Monitors quality and system standards to ensure reliability and compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements
- Verifies calibration, maintenance and repair of the instruments
- Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards




- Assists with documentation for validation procedures and technical reports related to systems, products and/or processes

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training; Associate's degree in Engineering, Physical or Biological Science preferred
- 3-5 years' relevant experience
- Pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred
