Own SPC’s entire social presence. Drive growth, engagement, and conversions through consistent, high-quality content and fast communication. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role.

Key Responsibilities

1.Community Management

- Respond to all DMs, comments, and enquiries daily
- Maintain fast response times and clear communication
- Implement automated responses for FAQs

2.Growth Targets (KPIs)

- Grow Instagram to 5,000 followers
- Grow Facebook to 1,000 followers
- Grow TikTok to 1,000 followers

3.Content Creation & Posting

- Daily stories and consistent feed presence
- 3-5 posts per week minimum (includes a, b, c, d, e below)
- Regular reels and short-form video content
- a. Tournament Content
- Promote upcoming tournaments
- Share photo dumps (Mark Elbourne takes photos and shares with SPC)
- Publish results and standings

- b. Training Content

- Minimum 1 training video per week (technique, gameplay, drills)

- c. Venue Content

- Showcase facilities and atmosphere

- d. Program Promotion

- Promote social play sessions and session availability (number of available spots left for each session)
- Promote DUPR sessions and session availability (number of available spots left for each session)
- Promote junior programs and school clinics

- e. Commercial / Value Content

- Membership benefits and value
- Ball machine promotion
- Free weekend social play sessions and offers




- General SPC value messaging

4.Platform Expansion

- Launch and manage TikTok account
- Explore additional platforms
- Set up and grow WhatsApp Community Group

5.Brand Presence

- Ensure SPC is consistently visible in feeds
- Reshare user-generated content
- Engage with community via comments
- Identify and engage with brands and creators
- Organise cross-promotional visits
- Collaborate on content to expand reach with other brands

7.Linktree & Conversion Management

- Manage and regularly update Linktree
- Ensure all links are accurate and working
- Align Linktree with campaigns and posts
- Track and improve click-through performance

KPIs & Performance Metrics

- Follower growth targets
- Engagement rate (5-10%)
- Content consistency
- Response times
- Event and program conversions via social

Skills & Requirements

- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Ability to film, edit, and post content quickly
- Comfortable capturing live content on-site
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Proactive and accountable
