Struxture is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Victorian team, working across two concurrent health and pharmaceutical projects valued at up to $10m.
This is a pivotal leadership role suited to a commercially astute construction professional who thrives on ownership of live sites, trade contractor management and driving projects from award through construction to handover.

What You’ll Deliver
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the on‑site delivery of complex construction projects from award through to handover, while managing trade contractors, programme, cost and quality outcomes and supporting the development of your project team.
Key aspects of the role include
- Leading construction delivery from project award through completion and defects
- Managing site-based teams, trade contractors and construction programmes
- Driving cost control, variations, EOTs and commercial outcomes
- Overseeing procurement, trade packages and subcontractor engagement
- Maintaining a strong in office presence to manage safety, quality and progress
- Working closely with Site Managers to resolve buildability and sequencing issues
What we’re looking for
- Senior Project Manager experience within a construction or head contractor environment
- Strong background delivering projects through active construction phases
- Hands‑on experience managing trade contractors and site teams
- Sound knowledge of construction programming, sequencing and buildability
- Strong commercial capability across variations, cost reporting and forecasting
- Practical, delivery‑focused leadership style with regular site involvement
