We’re looking for a high-performing Multi-Site Studio Manager to provide leadership across our Northcote, Fitzroy and Mitcham studios, with primary responsibility for the day-to-day management, performance and growth of Northcote & Fitzroy.

This role is suited to a commercially minded leader who wants to run a studio like it’s their own business — someone who takes ownership, understands what drives performance and is constantly looking for opportunities to grow.

Sales and membership growth will be an important part of the role. You’ll know how to turn enquiries, first-time clients and intro offers into long-term members, while also building strong teams, improving retention and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Working closely with the Studio Owners and supported by our Head Trainer and Marketing Manager, you’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, implement initiatives, build local partnerships and drive measurable improvements in studio performance.

THE ROLE

You will:

- Take ownership of the day-to-day management, performance and growth of Northcote & Fitzroy,



while providing broader leadership and support across our Mitcham location.

- Run Northcote & Fitzroy with an ownership mindset, taking responsibility for team performance, client experience, studio operations, sales, retention and growth

- Own the full client conversion journey — from initial enquiry and first visit through intro offers, follow-up and ongoing membership

- Confidently lead sales and membership conversations with prospective and existing clients

- Drive conversion of intro clients into long-term members through consistent and proactive follow-up

- Own and deliver against revenue, conversion, membership and retention targets

- Understand studio performance numbers and use them to identify and act on opportunities for growth

- Lead, coach and develop high-performing studio teams

- Ensure trainers understand their role in delivering an exceptional client experience and supporting conversion and retention

- Proactively engage with existing clients to strengthen retention and reduce membership churn

- Oversee scheduling, rostering, daily operations and studio presentation, ensuring the studio runs efficiently and maintains KX standards

- Work closely with marketing and develop local partnerships and community initiatives to generate leads, build awareness and drive new client acquisition

- Provide commercial leadership across the broader studio network, helping identify and address opportunities to improve sales, retention and overall performance

- Create a culture of accountability, performance and exceptional client service

Importantly, you know how to convert. You can build rapport, understand what a prospective client is looking for and confidently turn interest into an ongoing membership without making the interaction feel transactional.

You’re equally comfortable having a sales conversation, coaching a team member, developing a local partnership and reviewing studio performance to identify the next growth opportunity.

YOU WILL BRING

- A proven ability to convert leads, first-time clients and introductory offers into ongoing paying members

- Strong sales instincts and confidence having genuine, client-focused membership conversations

- Proven success driving revenue, conversion, retention and business growth

- Leadership experience, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or another service-based environment

- The ability to coach, motivate and develop high-performing teams

- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working towards measurable KPIs

- Excellent communication, organisation and follow-through

- A proactive mindset — you look for opportunities rather than waiting for them

- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, teams and local businesses

- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with owners and the wider team

- An ownership mindset and the initiative to turn ideas and opportunities into action
