Bluestone Recruitment is partnering with a respected Melbourne fit-out and refurb builder to recruit a Preconstruction Manager. In this role, you will lead the front-end of the build process, reporting to the Project Manager, and help shape commercial fit-out projects across Melbourne's CBD.
You will collaborate with design, surveying, and subcontractors, vet packages, monitor budgets, coordinate documentation, and contribute to programming and reporting.
