Join the team at ARMA Gunnedah & Moree Pty Ltd as a full-time Administration/Broker Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will be the friendly face and first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our brokers. Based in our Gunnedah, NSW office, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing insurance brokerage.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming clients, both in-person and over the phone, with a professional and friendly manner
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, data entry, and file management
- Assisting brokers with client inquiries, requests, policy renewals & claims
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and banking
- Providing support for various marketing and business development initiatives
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with experience in a customer service or reception role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel




- A keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Relevant experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred, but not essential
