About the Role

- As a Senior Consultant within our Internal Audit practice, you will support the delivery of internal audit and advisory engagements for a broad client portfolio. You will work closely with Managers and client stakeholders to identify risks, assess controls, and deliver practical recommendations that drive business improvement.
- You will play a key role in engagement delivery, including conducting walkthroughs, stakeholder interviews, testing controls, documenting findings, and preparing client deliverables. This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, a variety of industries, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
- We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to continue building their expertise within internal audit and risk advisory.

Key Responsibilities





- Support the delivery of internal audit and advisory engagements across financial and operational areas
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, walkthroughs, and control testing activities
- Assist in preparing audit scopes, work programs, process flowcharts, and reports
- Identify control weaknesses, business risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, findings, and recommendations for review
- Work collaboratively with engagement teams and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional and proactive communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and broader practice activities

What We’re Looking For

- Experience within internal audit, risk advisory, or consulting environments
- Understanding of governance, risk, and internal control concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in team environments
- A proactive and growth-oriented mindset

Technical Skills & Experience

- Exposure to the following areas will be highly regarded:
- Internal audit and risk advisory delivery
- Internal control frameworks including COSO and COBIT
- Risk management frameworks such as ISO 31000
- Business process reviews
- Risk and control documentation and reporting

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Progress toward or completion of CA, CPA, or CIA qualifications is highly regarded




- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
