- Profit and Sales Generation: Meeting sales goals, Analysing available sales reports and data to determine the needs of the business, setting business strategies, Set individual sales goals for Fragrance Consultants, engaging the team to achievement
- Customer Service: Ensure all Fragrance Consultants provide the highest level of customer service, Build and manage the client database, Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively, Manage all special events, Empower Fragrance Consultants
- Operations: Ensure correct staffing levels, Look after areas of risk management, Deliver relevant team member training, Conduct stock inventories, Understand and execute cash control procedures
- Visual Merchandising: Implement merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies, Partner with operations, Ensure the selling floor is always picture perfect
- Human Resources: Work with Talent Acquisition and Education teams, Evaluate performance of each Fragrance Consultant, Resolve all human resources issues, Ensure a high standard of personal grooming.

Requirements





- Extensive fragrance/beauty and/or retail experience with minimum 4 years’ experience in a retail management position.
- Experience within Luxury Retail, Beauty or Fragrance industry preferred.
- Proven track record for achieving sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours
- Professional attitude, excellent personal grooming and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail.
