Core Responsibilities (role dependent)

- Front deck and zero-turn mower operation

- Brush cutting

- Edging and line trimming

- Herbicide application

- Rubbish collection and removal

- General grounds maintenance





- Turf and garden maintenance

- Maintaining parks, gardens, and other public open spaces to a high standard

Skills & Experience

- Commercial Parks & Gardens or Horticulture experience (highly desirable)

- Experience operating commercial mowing equipment (highly desirable)

- Relevant Horticulture or Turf industry certificates/qualifications (highly desirable)

- MR/HR licence (highly desirable)

- Knowledge of herbicide application techniques (highly desirable)

- Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

- Experience with brush cutting, edging, rubbish collection, and general grounds maintenance

- Horticulture or Arboriculture certificates desirable but not essential

- Fit, healthy, and able to work well within a team

- Punctual, reliable, and strong work ethic

- Strong commitment to safe work practices

- Genuine desire to work outdoors
